How do you work out what is the best initiative for me?

Following consultation, we are able to do a full energy consumption audit of your properties to help determine the best options for you. This report will also produce a cost time benefit highlighting each initiative and their pay back.

Do you sell individual Eco Lodges?

Generally we do not sell individual cabins, however, we are happy to discuss the opportunities of individual bungalows as required.

What is a prefabricated Eco Lodge? 

Prefabricated buildings are made up of several prefabricated, interlocking sections. These segments are constructed in a factory and then assembled on site, allowing significant reductions in construction costs.

How much does a home cost?

Where are you based?

We are proud to have our whole team based in South Australia. We also manufacture all our own products from solar panels to Cabins in South Australia. 

What materials do you use?

Each home is made from pre-assembled Australian steel frames protected by non-combustible foam insulation. Structured Insulation Panels (SIP’s) are also manufactured in South Australia which help with our passivhaus designs. 

What size do your Eco Lodges come in?

We currently have a one and two bedroom Eco Lodges available for use. As the components can be transported in flat packs on standard vehicles and trailers, sites with difficult or smaller access points can also make appropriate build locations.

How long does the process take from start to finish to get my new Eco Lodge?

Once the contract has been executed, we anticipate you will be able to occupy your new bungalow within three months. This time frame is generally determined by the local council for permits. 

Can I customise my design?

We have a one bedroom and two bedroom Eco Lodge which can be customised to your unique needs. This includes changes to internal and external finishes. 

What is the benefit of passivhaus accreditation?

Passivhaus accreditation provides significant energy savings and enhanced comfort by ensuring buildings meet rigorous standards for airtightness, thermal insulation, and energy efficiency. This approach often leads to reduced heating and cooling costs, lower environmental impact, and improved indoor air quality.

Can your Eco Lodge be off grid ?

As part of the passivhaus accreditation, all bungalows can be off grid. 

Can I retrofit my existing bungalows to reduce their operational costs?

Yes you can, however, we would recommend a study to review these operational costs to help determine the best path forward to achieve your operational goals.

What areas do you service?

Currently we only service South Australia. Although plans are in place to expand as the business grows.

Do I need council approval?

Depending on the final location of the bungalow, council approval may be required. This will be discussed with our team during our consultation to help determine your requirements. 

Does Future Property Group provide a warranty ?

Yes, all Energy Efficient Cabins come with a 20 year warranty. 

How are your Eco Lodges transported?

Depending on the size of the bungalow you choose they may be delivered as one piece or in a flat pack arrangement. 

How much does transportation cost?

Transportation costs will be determined based on where you are located. This will be discussed during the consultation phase.

Does my biosolar roof require a lot of maintenance?

No. The result are green roof solutions that are very tolerant to various climates and require a minimal maintenance of 2 - 4 visits per year.

How much water does the green wall use?

Our green wall system only uses between 1.8-2ltr per square per day. This is integrated into our irrigation systems which can be fine-tuned to minimise water usage and avoid wastage.

How much carbon does Eco Lodges absorb?

Our Energy Efficient Cabins absorb approximately 2.3 kg/m2 of CO2 per year from the atmosphere.
